Our Story
Jae brings extensive experience in both architectural design and structural systems, with a career that began in commercial building design in Los Angeles. There, he developed his expertise in design, functionality, and the technical demands of concrete and steel construction. Following the 2008 recession, he transitioned into residential development, bringing with him a comprehensive understanding that bridges architecture and engineering.
What makes Jae's approach unique is his foundation—quite literally. He started from the ground up, digging ditches and pouring concrete, gaining firsthand knowledge of every phase of construction. This hands-on experience gave him an invaluable perspective that informs every project he undertakes today. From foundation to finish, Jae understands not just how homes should be designed, but how they're actually built.
This complete mastery of the building process enables Jae to create residential properties that are as sound as they are beautifully designed. His projects reflect a rare blend of engineering precision and livable elegance.
